I use taurine with the raw chicken meat recipe I prepare for my 2 cats. I rarely give them beef. I use 6000 mg of taurine for 3 Kg of chicken. I read that freezing meat can affect taurine levels so it is better to add some and the added taurine isn't harmful. I also feed canned Wellness.
