First of all, some of you know the saga of my destroyed front yard. Here is my yard/garden during the foundation repair. Note minimal damage:

guys with the gigantormous backhoe came in to install a new well pump. Seriously?? I mean...seriously, was this necessary??? We are a bit
about it.
All that to go from this (hateful, needed-to-be-primed-at-least-once-a-week-PITA-noisy-
well pump that lost water pressure if you tried to do a load of laundry right after taking a shower
