That was my first thought.....esp since my 'normal' dog route was taken over by film crews most of last summer & fall
........only I would have been driving thru the set w/ my shiny red car
My roommate in university was dating a guy from RMC (Kingston) - and every once in a while he'd phone up saying he wouldn't be making it down until the next day...they had Kingston 'under siege'.....but they lost some of the ammunition (how comforting!!) and couldn't be released from the drill until it was found & accounted for
.....and now we let him fly search & rescue helicopters
.......that was the only reason I knew about those types of drills.....but I've never heard of them being done in a residential neighbourhood!...and the unfortunate reality is, while I like my area & feel safe, it's not as if there's never been a major drug bust......
