Welcome to the board, TigW. So sorry to hear about your shepherd.
What kinds of therapies have you tried? We had a possible case in an English setter a few years back, but we never got a definitive diagnosis. Exercise seemed to help him, as did massage. We never tried any of the drug/vitamin therapies since we didn't really have a clue as to what was going on until right before he passed.
