Just imagine if you were writing about a human insted of a cat. Would any doctor give you advice when so many possibilities exist.

How can anyone including a vet, in good faith give you advice on this situation through the net. They need to be examined. It is obvious that the mom has rejected some of her kittens. why. is the cat sick. are the kittens sick. do they have eye infections. do they have any other problems.

You are describing an ongoing emergency, given that one kitten is dead and another is deathly sick.

The only answer is EMERGENCY ROOM....AND spay the cat for gods sake.

Given that you do not have the financial means to take care of your cat I highly recommend that you do not get another pet...or at least get pet insurance.
