I found a few addresses I e-mailed,even a breeder here locally,he says the yellow band means the Pigeon was born this year and he believes,from seeing the pic,he is a Fancy Show Pigeon.
I got a few other answers too,I just want him to be safe
So far this morning he has not come back...but was here for 3 days.
He is home safe.
The family here in Oakville raise Pigeons and if there is a chance he/she is in trouble they'll come here and try to catch him/her
