My cat has UTI problems and also chronic sinus infections. From what I know about this drug, it's a broad spectrum antibiotic. It has helped my Persian cat's sinus problem some, but it's not completely gone and he had the shot one week ago. I think he took Batril once before, but I'll have to get his file out to make sure that wasn't for his UTI. Baytril is excellent for UTI problems though.
Koko is sick of his runny nose though.
