Sorry to hijack, but just want to mention that Prowl is not meant to be a vitamin mix for balancing a home made diet. It's supposed to be a stand-alone food and will become unbalanced if mixed with just meat. You can certainly supplement it with up to 15% fresh meat though. My other problem with Prowl is that it's pretty high in carbs. Nothing wrong with feeding it occasionally, I just wouldn't make it a main diet.
