We have a bearded dragon and have had cuban tree frogs in the past. You really have to know what your getting into. Special UV lights, heating lights, heating pads, protien powders etc. They are different pets thats for sure but if not cared for right they don't last long. As for poison dart frogs not for me, make sure you talk to a reptile store rep. that knows what their talking about, here in Toronto there is Reptilia, they breed and care for many lizards, frogs and snakes or talk to a handler at your local zoo. All my reptiles have been locally grown.
