No, not any more dangerous than kibble. I mentioned that because Badger seemed uneasy about feeding necks. Although I don't have cats, I smashed down necks for my dogs when I first introduced them to raw...they tend to gulp (even large pieces) without chewing.

If feeding whole prey, just be sure to supervise your pets to make sure they are chewing properly. Keeping an eye on their poops is a good idea too to ensure they're digesting everything without problems.
