When you go back in the morning or whenever if you can take a can of tuna and a carrier, put the open carrier on the ground near her, open the can of tuna and put it in the back of the carrier. Hopefully she is hungry enough to go in and then close the door quickly.
To tempt her in hopefully faster sprinkle a little of the tuna juice on the ground in a line toward the carrier. That sometimes does the trick.

Another thing I normally don't advocate but - if all else fails - scruff her. Pick her up really quickly, have carrier on edge and put her in the carrier backwards. I have had to do that in the past as well.
