My hubby and I's first pet together was a wonderful flame point himi. I introduced a second cat to him after he was over 5 years old and never had any problems with him peeing anywhere except his litter box.
Himi's are beautiful. Spectacular blue eyes.
Their fur requires grooming, no getting away from that, especially as they get older. Fur balls are a problem as well.
Vocal cats too, like to talk.
