If you can find the sting spot, then use a meat tenderizer poultice, and follow up with an antihistamine: I use Benadryl 25mg 2-3X daily for twenty-four hours for dogs in the 15lb to 30lb range. Most dogs become drowsy with antihistamine.
If there is significant swelling (an allergic reaction) then see your veterinarian right away.
