Exclamation Feline Chlamydoisis

need some assurance that my cats will get better. Two months ago I added Lily to my house hold of 3 other cats. When I picked her out she seemed fine. I brought her in for her feline distemper the next day.
About 3 weeks later she started sneezing. Then her eyes started getting yucky. She was due for her 2nd distemper shot and the vet said it was the start of a little URI. Put her on the Clavamox. And she improved very fast. In the mean time my older siamese developed a yucky eye. I thought probably the kitten might of scratched his eye. The vet did see a small scratch. So gave me eye ointment. Then 2 days later his other eye was getting gunky I though well maybe the infection had somehow got into the other
eye. This was friday so put ointment in both eyes. By saturday Night he was feeling very unwell. Sunday all he did was lay in the closet. And my other adult Siamese was sneezing. And started showing signs of a gunky eye.
Monday morning I was at the vets waiting for them to open. This time saw the other vet. And he said right off that it was Feline chlamydiosis. Brought into the house by the new kitten...My oldest Siamese had a fever of 106!. And the other one was 102. he gave them a antibiotic shot and fever reducer. And started them all on Clavamox. Plus eye ointment. My Persian had avoided this thus far. He had me go back and get him to give him his Distemper shot. As it was due. He said it might prevent him from getting it. And if he did it would be milder.
So far 3 of the cats have been on 2 courses of the Clavamox plus eye ointment. Then a month later the persian got it! Hes also on the same meds.
The vet did say it is a long lasting virus. Which could last for several weeks. And all we can do is treat the bacterial infections that develope which we are doing.
They just finished there 2 nd course of meds. The persian his 1st. And they all are getting sick again. I am soooo worried. Are they going to get better?
Has anyone had this before and what was the out come.My vet assured me they will be ok.
Back to vets and they are all on Orbax. As they didn't seem to be improving much on the Clavamox. This will be the last dose tonight of a 7 day course. two seem much better just a few sneezes. My oldestSiames who is 7 still has very weepy eyes and inflamed looking.
I am at my whits end. I want my cats to be ok. what else can I do. This has been on going since mid August.. Any help or insight would be so mych appreciated. will they survive this. right now its just a little sneezing not much. But the eyes on one are still not improved alot. he was the sickest to start with.
They are getting tired of the meds and eye ointment. And they run when they see me coming with it! But they have to have it till they get better.
