Here is the bindweed from last summer.

It was smothering 3 very old Kirkland rose bushes on my trellis along with a peonie.

This was a poor Yucca and my very old Rhubarb patch.

I lost my old Rhubarb but my friend saved the Yucca and peonies. I dug out my old Kirkland roses, inspected the roots and replanted them elsewhere temporarily. I truly hope that I didn't bring any of the bindweed roots to the roses temporary sight as I would like to place them back along the trellis in a couple years.
