If she has been stressed and gobbling her food, it may very well be habitual now.

If there is nothing physically wrong with her, here's a suggestion:

Take her daily ration of food and divide it into 3 or 4 portions.

Put each portion in a shallow roasting pan, and spread it out. This way, she will have to slow down her eating as she will be able to eat only one piece at a time.

OR

If you're feeding her dry, try giving her small portions of canned throughout the day - it makes cats feel more satisified. Try giving her beef cat food - it seems to have a calming effect on them.
