What type of parasites? What were the antibiotics?

Not surprising, as these are the ingredients in I/D:
Ingredients
Chicken By-Product Meal, Brewers Rice, Corn Gluten Meal, Whole Grain Corn, Pork Fat, Powdered Cellulose, Dried Chicken,....
How any vet can actually think corn, rice, sawdust and by-products would benefit an obligate carnivore in any way really boggles the mind.

Inappropriate ingredients in food are very often the big culprit. Also, because poor quality, highly rendered chicken is so common in cat food, some cats eventually develop an intolerance to it. Have you tried feeding a novel protein wet food that doesn't contain any grains? ZiwiPeak venison or rabbit/lamb might be a good choice. Raw would be ideal though.
