[Sgt Daddy]

My Boston terrier is almost a year old she is coming out of heat for the first time. Her skin recently has become very dry and her hair is falling out around her very small tail. also around her hind end the hair is thining. please help. how should i handle this. i wash her only when we get back from the beach and it's more of a rinse. Please Help.
