You have every reason to vent. This is absolutely not acceptable. I have seen this happen several times in the DPs but I am pretty vocal about 'owners' with bad behaviour. Whenever there is a fight, it seems that people freeze even if it is their own dogs that are getting the worst of it....and who do you think breaks up the fight...yep iggy!
This woman should be fined and I hope that if any dog was hurt that she pays the vet bill. Unfortunately sometimes hitting people in the pocket is what they understand.
