No, they would only talk to her about her own behaviour! They arent mandated to suggest something like that. Im hoping maybe the other person he bit will talk to her, she wants to, but shes scared, oh yeah the woman blamed the other person he bit for the bite! I was there, the dog was defending what he decided was his couch. She was trying to give him a treat to stop him from growling and get him off the couch away from the toddler. Thats when he bit her.
