Hi , No, I do not know why he stopped eating. The Vet doesn't know either. I did some reading on the subject online. Older over weight cats will stop eating for whatever reason. Then liver problems start. The vet ran blood tests and scans of the liver and kidney. He was in the hospital since Monday. So it was quite expensive. But he is worth it. I will keep trying.
