I'm sorry I don't know your area or I would post relevant links. It's usually a good idea to call all the local gov't and private shelters and rescues as well as Vets (as you've done). You may want to fax a photo of your fella with the relevant microchip/ tag info and a physical description and your contact details as well to make it easier for them to identify him and contact you. ~ I hope he is returned home safely and soundly SOONEST!
