Melinda is right,someone starved this little boy and they are equally horrific,unless he's been lost for a long time,unable to find food
Poor,poor little Red,thank you to the SPCA for trying their best,hopefully this vet-clinic will be plastered all over the newspapers,some justice for Red.
He's at the bridge now,back to his healthy beautiful Cocker-Spaniel self,no more suffering.
