Barkingdog all indications would point to weather. Cold damp rainy season always seems to bring failed nests. No new clutch and likely now we will have to wait until next year. They incubated those eggs for so long 
Oh well lets hope for next year.
Barkingdog falcons have increased a lot since the banning of DDT. They are not on the endangered list anymore
