The bush is from a nursery and never bloomed after the initial year when it was purchased with blooms already on it... there is not a single bloom so nothing to deadhead...
can it be the soil even if my neighbours bush, which is right next by but seperated by fence has many pretty blooms?
only 4 years have passed since the bush was purchased so maybe we need to wait a few more years...
