Dog shakes head, looks in the air, and hides

Hello guys!

I am seeking help from other dog owners in the hope that one of you has had a similar experience to mine.

The start
About a month ago, after a walk outside in the heat, my dog started shaking his head completely. It looked like something annoyed him a lot and he was doing it quite often (every 5min at least). He barely could sleep of the whole night.

Quote:
Note : To this day, I think he got a heatstroke, which may have caused a small seizure.
I brought him to the vet the very next day, thinking he got something in his ears. They were clean. The vet gave him Cortisone for a few days. It helped to ease the shakes, but he was still annoyed by something. As days went by, the crisis were rarer, but still there. Eventually, he wasn't shaking his head completely, just his left side, often tilting the head.

This was always followed by him looking in the air quickly (as if he was scared or looking for what hurts him), and then hiding under a furniture.

Note : At first I thought it was anxiety, but sometimes he is sitting relaxed on us, have this crisis and go hide, which makes no sense.
He is also sometimes laying down, has a crisis, and then moves spots, as if he was trying to escape the pain by moving away.

A month later
I visited another vet. Did a blood check, unire test, physical exam. Everything is clean.

I am so confused about what is going on with my little doggy. The vet gave him Gabapentin to test if it helps, but he is as clueless as me about what my pet has.

I made a video to show a bit this behavior since it is hard to explain.

If you have experienced this or know someone who has, please let me know!
