Check out Brampton Animal Services. To not scare you but, since they are a City shelter their euth rate is very high. Although he is wearing tags, he might not have them on still, if brought in. I would also bring in a picture of your cat to them and have them attche it too the lost report that you fill out.
I would leave out tuna or salmon out. Leave something that has your smell on it. Check under decks, talk to neighbours, put up posters, put a ad with picture in the paper.
