Mister is 3/4 lab, 1/4 boxer and 85lbs LOL!! my thoughts were dane mix but seems pretty small to be a dane mix.
when you say coarse fur, you mean stiff, crimpy, slightly curly? can you get a close up of the fur? i know thats like asking the impossible.  but would really help to figure out what else besides lab. dont the greyhounds have really soft if stiff fur?? head seems a little bulky for it though.
starved at a young age maybe????
