He stays by the house because he is a tiny baby and he is terrified. Soon he will not be a tiny baby and will start exploring further. It may be a contained area but for a cat determined to get out it will not stay contained.
I think you took my story all wrong. I did not say he would hate you. I said he would mistrust people because he knows they hit.
If he is throwing up he needs to go see a vet. He should have already been there with his other issues. Please take him in. You said earlier in this thread you could afford to look after him properly.
