Nicest sighting I had, and it was a long time ago , was a Mistletoe bird that come down to check out the cotoneaster berries. They're not even as big as a sparrow but you can't miss them.

I have fingers crossed that the rosellas stay for a while. I only ever used to see them on our trips down to dog shows at Hamilton, and those and blue wrens are the two birds I really wished were in our area. No wrens yet. Anyway, enough, I shouldn't start chattering about birds on Chico's thread.
