The kittens are three days old. This solution is not viable. You will lose them one by one very rapidly. You have a choice that needs to be made. The emergency vet is their only solution. The very least they will be humanely euthanized instead of dying a slow death. This is in no way meant to be harsh. It's a reality of their age and their moms rejection of them.
