Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry for this pup, thank you for taking care of him.

The only thing I might think of is having a homeprepared diet formulated for him, if possible. In kidney disease, the quality of the protein is very important. This is the nutritionist who I use: http://www.betterdogcare.com/?page=nutrition
