i think your boy needs a serious dose of Alpha Boot Camp, ASAP! he is exhibiting dominant behaviors, being the boss of the house and pack leader. unless you want to end up with a liability on your hands, this needs to stop asap.
please read the Nothing In Life Is Free manual (NILIF), it will help you understand what is happening and how to change things around with a few simple steps you apply at home. Also enlist the help of a professional trainer, socialise your boy, get him neutered if he is not already... good luck! how about some photos? they sound beautiful!
