It's excuses like that and people like that, who don't even want to try that put dogs like Emma in a situation where they are euthanized. People think they can't be trained and what not, because they don't want to be bothered to try. Then you wind up with a dog that's grown and unsocialized.
Thanks to you she's at least going to have a chance.
