Like Breeze says go ahead & re wrap with salve, you should check the bandage about every 12 hours make sure it's not weeping or has a strange odour and you can change it either every day or every two days.
If her foot looks like it is swelling abit you can rub in some rubbing alcohol to the top & sides of her foot if it contacts the pad that's okay but it might sting a bit, then when you re wrap her foot put a cotton ball between her toes it will help to reduce swelling.
When it's no longer raw and the skin is healing you can leave the bandage off unless she starts licking excessively.
