If the person you got the dog from has agreed to help with vet bills I would definitely take them up on it...sounds like a long road you are on. :sad:

Perhaps try a grain free food such as Orijen, Evo, or Acana.
Perhaps change the bland diet to boiled potatoe and lean rinced beef for a bit. Perhaps the allergy is to chicken or rice which is why it never goes away
There are many others on this site who are food gurus who might be able to help. Perhaps you should peruse the food forum yourself to see if anything seems helpful.
