I'm so glad you're not giving up on your little boy! He's very lucky to have ended up with you. Do the vets think they can improve his health or is it just something you both will have to live with?
Unfortunately, pet store puppies often have health problems. As long as puppy millers can sell puppies through pet stores, they continue to pump their 'product' (puppies) out with no thought to future health. It's all about the money.
Damn puppy millers, indeed!
