Yes,they are starting to come here too,I hardly see any in the summer,but as soon as it gets colder,they are here every day.
They are very beautiful...my Pigeons and other birds don't agree
I too see feathers around,I have a smaller Hawk and a larger one coming,mostly they go for the Pigeons
but it's nature,they all have to eat to survive.
