Sorry Aslan, this isn't the cat your sister lost. He/she has no white marks.
AC022: My sister took him/her over to the local humane society and they have our contact info in case the owners check with them, but I'm not sure if they are affiliated with the SPCA. I'll give the SPCA a call tomorrow to file a report just in case.
