I'm not a pro but I find the ingredient description to be very bland. It doesn't say what kind of fish meal, who's liver or anything. Overall it doesn't look like a supplement I would buy at all. But there are users on here alot smarter then me on issues like this, but I do supplement now using l-lysine but that's about it. Those other ingredients in what you are using sounds weird and I don't really see them being helpful at all
Dunno though, someone else needs to come in here and say something LOL
The only ingredient I know is good is Flaxseed. All the other ones seem pointless to me.
