He is VERY cute! Wow, 15lbs is alot to lose in one month, poor thing. Is he on any medication? Thankfully I've never had a dog with distemper; I don't know what the treatment is. I did have a puppy survive parvo once, I was sure she was going to die...
The bones are fine, they are so soft and almost crumbly in either canned mackerel or salmon. And the calcium is good for him too!
I hope he continues to improve!
