Cataracts and surgery
Hi there everyone! I am here for some opinions on Cataract surgery for dogs.
I have a young little Terrier mix rescue (approx 2 - 5yrs maybe) she as cataracts in both her eyes. She doesn't see much at all, the vet thinks she can still see shadows but that is about it. Despite all this she it the happiest little thing I have ever met, she doesn't let it stop her one little bit and she has a great quality of life she plays goes for walks and is an amazing little guard dog ok some days we have a few bumps along the way but on the whole no problems, we don't move the furniture and she mastered the house and garden within days! truly shes a real inspiration and so happy! I would love to hear from anyone out there who may have any experience with cataracts and the corrective surgery Thank you, any info will be well appreciated!
