Veggies for dogs?

Hi Everybody
I'm new here, just joined today! I've been feeding my dogs a raw diet for about 12 years so I'm no stranger to the ins and outs. I am doing some tweaking to improve what I am already doing and I have a question about veggies.

I make a big batch of veggies in the food processor and freeze in quart size containers. I use banana squash, parsnips, carrots, celery and parsley and last time I added some apple. I would like to give them more greens and am wondering if I could use curly endive or escarole. It seems to me it would be less gassy than kale and I think I've read that there are issues with spinach and chard.

I buy curly endive and escarole by the case to fee my iguana so I have a supply of it. Mostly I want to make sure there are no big reasons not to use it such as toxicity.
