One the antibiotic. In general, if there has not been a marked improvement within 48 hours of administering an antibiotic; you should contact your veterinarian and schedule a recheck.

With two eyes of different dilations (anisocoria), this is a serious clinical sign and also denotes a recheck with your veterinarian. Either one eye has intra-ocular inflammation/disease or there is a neurologic (brain) lesion present. Some of these can be readily treated but time is critical. Please recheck with your veterinarian.
