I am all for helping the poor dog stuck outside, & I commend everyone fro the time & effort being put into helping it. But you must realize that what you are suggesting in this forum is illeagal in most states. So please work with the owner (I know this may not be realistic), animal control officer & or the cruelty investigator @ the humaine soc. / SPCA in your area.
The HSUS & SPCA people have dedicated themselves to prevent just what you don't want to happen animal abuse. Please don't resort to taking the law into your own hands even if it is for the right reasons. Thanx for letting me have my say.
