Add only as much milk as you need. If you like a thinner soup then add more. However if your preference is a thicker soup, add only a little.
1) Pour the blender content back into the pot, add the milk as needed.
2) Time to add the cheese. Add a little at a time to let it melt and incorporate into the soup. Leaving a little for the final plating. Then heat through and season to taste.
3) Ladle into a bowl and sprinkle a little more cheese on top to finish.
