LOL, my internet connection is so slow, but all I needed to see was the tip of the abdomen to recognize this beauty! You've got a lovely Yellow Garden Orbweaving Spider, Argiope aurentia . Garden Spiders are very striking, and make some of the most interesting webs, often with elaborate sunbursts and zigzags called a "stabilimentum"; yours is making two vertical zigzags out of the centre point. Nice find!
