Quiche

I finally figured out what to do with the egg yolks I have left over from my protein pancakes!

I made a yummy quiche and it turned out light and fluffy.

You'll need

1 pie shell (I just got mine pre-made)
12 egg yolks
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Part skim Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
Asparagus (you can use any veggie)

I followed the instructions and baked the pie shell for 10 minutes at 350.

While that was baking, I mixed the yolks, whipping cream, ricotta and feta cheese. I added some oregano, red pepper, salt, basil. Those are usually my main spices, you can add what you like.

Once the pie shell was pre-baked and cooled down slightly, I added the asparagus, and then filled the shell with the mixture.

I baked at 400 for 40 minutes. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

It's light and fluffy. I'm not totally sure on the calorie count.
