I don't have any experience that will help you make your decision, unfortunately.
You might however, seek a consult with a K9 chiropractor and see if they can help support her by checking out her back, or anything else. I don't have hopes that they can fix the hip, but they might be able to provide some support.
Aspergillus is a nasty infection. I'm guessing that they've used anti-fungals, but there are other things you can do in regards to diet, and maybe supplements. Pau D'Arco is a good herbal anti-fungal. I personally would go with a homeprepared diet based on meat and veggies, with no grains and very very minimal starches.
