I was out with the dogs this morning, took a look up, and was 4 feet away from a Woodpecker on the suet feeder....and I didn't have my camera

Went inside to get it but by the time I got back it was gone
. I spent a few minutes looking up through the trees to see if I could spot him and found this:
Could that be the job of a Woodpecker?
